How typical of a mermaid, to be sending telepathic messages to the sailor she loves to leave his wife, his family, everything he has to live in a world of promised bliss with her. And by the look on her face, if he doesn't go with her, she'll do whatever she can to make sure that her regrets it. Inspired by Norah Jones' sultry song "Come Away (with Me)," [I Was A Teenage Werewolf
] created this seminal mermaid. What I personally find so notworthy about her is how, while seeming typical, she's a bit unique for a mermaid. She has a very powerful sense of strength to her build, and I love how her humanoid part blends so well into her tail. The tail, while following the basic structure, still seems to have a little bit of a different touch, although I can't pinpoint exactly what it is. I'd love to see a coloured version of this, with some nice sea-effects for a background.
Congratulations, [I Was A Teenage Werewolf], and keep up the good work!
