John Olsson made the code for this program. It was running on Lysator, but that server is currently down.

The generated maps are stored with a name like http://www.elftown.com/stuff/worldgen.4711.55.5.gif and they are stored forever there. So you can include these images on wiki-pages with "<img300:stuff/worldgen.4711.55.5.gif>" for example.
