1/2 of minced meat of your liking (I use pork/beef mix)
1 big onion
1/2 cup of breadcrump
1 egg (not essential)
2 spoonfuls of tomato paste
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
a spoonful of olive oil
Pepper (preferably freshly ground)
In a big bowl pour the breadcrump and add some water to make it a bit moist. It shouldn't be much water. Chop the onion into very small pieces.
Add all the ingredients in the bowl and mix until they thoroughly blend. If you want them to blend really nicely, use your hands. You'll get dirty but the result is worth it :P
Shape the mixture into meatballs.
Bake or grill them until they're very brown and slightly crisp. (Usually around 20'-30')
You can either serve with rice or baked potatoes with a salad of your liking.
