Keepers of the secrets of inspection, open to every race, maintainers of the observationist working tradition.

Established by those who contributed to the exploration of Elftown, the discovery of flaws in design of its neighbourhoods, buildings, walls, houses, wells and palaces.

A big task force of apprentices, working to find out and report at least one failure in the new community.

A smaller task force of masters, working to find out and report up to ten failures in the common use spaces and improving the town.

An elite of great masters, for whom detecting failures becomes routine, who check any improvement to force the builders to perform their work with the finest quality.
