I love poetry, and horses. I have a motorcycle and I love my daughter. I like to draw sometimes... not very good but still.
What use to be
(Can't blame a person for trying)
The sunlight glistening off your long silky hair.
The stars dancing in you beautiful blue eyes.
The sent of your skin ,
The taste of your kiss,
Are just some of the things that I miss...
Your strong arms holding me tight
As we sit and gaze at the moon.
Your warm body pressed against mine
While we lay snuggled on the couch.
The sweet words that pass through you lushish lips
Send shivers down my body.
All this is just a reminess
Because you are no longer mine.
Your eyes are the bluest that I have even
More blue then the sky itself.
The way you talk to me makes my grey skies
The gentleness of your touch brings me to
The sweetness of your soul makes me glad
that you are mine.
You are my daughter, innocent and sweet.
I think about you all the time.
You have saved me from the path of
destruction I was on,
And brought me back down to Earth.
I'd be lost without you here with me,
And I am so glad that you are mine.
Daughter, I love you so and together we will
(another pathetic attempt at poetry)
There comes a point in everones life,
When you must think about you past and future.
What you did and didn't do?
Would things be different if you did do what you didn't do?
Is your life better now then it was?
Do you regret anything in you past?
Do you enjoy your life now?
Are you happy?
Could you be happier?
Are you REALLY in love?
Do you regret anything now?
Do you want to change your futre if you could?
If you could change your life now, would you?
Would you go back to your past?
Did you let the love of your life get away?
Are you with your soul mate?
How do you want to die?
Are you afraid to die?
Who do you want to be with?
ON A LIGHTER NOTE...
I met you in high school gym class,
The man of my dreams,
The bad boy of the school all hot and sweaty...
I remeber it like it was yesterday...
You looked at me and I looked at you,
Both of us lifting weights...
You were doing squats
And I was bench pressing 80lbs
Both of us sweating...
My best friend, Rachel, was laughing at me because I was paying more attention to you then what I was doing and just about killed myself...
We were both too shy to just come out and start talking so I wrote you a note... because Rachel made me...
The one day my knight in shinning armor came and talked to me...
I thought I was going to die...
I had it bad for you...
I remember Rachel and I singing "I like big butts" as you went running by (by complete accident) and then BURSTING out in laughter as the preppy girls made fun of us...
I thought you were more interested in them then me...
Then one day we became one and I think I did die for a minuite there because you made my heart stop everytime you touched my hand.
You were my first true love and I still love you and it is amazing how much you remeber when you loved where you were at... I miss you!
Ring goes the phone...
Jump goes my heart.
Slow goes my pulse...
Fast goes my brain.
Sad goes my eyes...
Happy goes my soul.
Empty is my body...
Whole is my life.
