I am now handling the Daily Poem! :D

In order to submit my story to the publisher I am looking at I need twice as many words. I need to flesh it out more. >.>

I have decided on the topic for my paper. I am waiting for the prof to get back to me on the details of the career counseling book I am helping write. I have also been sketching out some ideas for a story. I have likewise been sketching out ideas for the cookbook that includes my cooking and my friends' cooking. I have apparently been more busy than I thought. Well, whether or not this all gets done is going to depend highly on me and what coffee and a new day will lay before me.

Romance is pointless as it is dead. Don't waste your time. Just settle and procreate.

Note: when people get married and have kids you are completely useless to them unless you are also married and with kids.

Did you ever think that the porn sites that give viruses as soon as you look at them are just trying to show you how cheap you're being--after all, they are imitating cheap, shady sex. Either way, you get a few viruses and are left asking yourself if that was just a really brawny woman or if there was an Adam's apple there.... *strokes chin thoughtfully*

Okay, I can't figure out how to undo this. my voice mail prompt is stuck in Spanish. I don't speak a word of Spanish. Does anybody with a Verizon phone know what numbers I have to push to change the language back to English? Help please.

I retract my previous diary. The holidays were hell, as usual. Nothing good came from it. Oh, wait, I wasn't allowed to sleep so I might have been pushed back onto an insomnia cycle. That's wonderful. I haven't had one for months, but let's not let the person sleep who has a problem with both falling asleep and staying asleep. I barely slept all weekend. I at this point hope that I'm wrong and that the world ends next year so I'm not put through holiday hell again. Unfortunately, that doesn't stop Thanksgiving from coming.

And let's make me feel welcomed and like family by treating her like the hussy who trapped our son with a pregnancy so he'd have to marry her and dump her first thing in the morning after she hasn't had any sleep. She'll feel real welcomed then.

Yule tidings to all! Today's torture was not so horrible. I however, do enjoy the idea of being able to sleep in for a wee bit...which I didn't get to do... >.>

I got a 3.0 again, yay! :3

Working on a novel's skeleton. It is a slow and steady race between my need for sleep and my imagination. So far it's a neck n neck race

Actual finals week is here! That means that I need to do two finals online, one of them a comprehensive grammar final and the other a comprehensive sex and relationship test. The two I have to show up for since I took my Philosophy of Mind final with the graduating seniors are Formal Logic 1 and Ancient Philosophy.

I didn't study for my mind final but look at your hand, now flip it over. That's how well I know Descartes. I could write my doctoral thesis on him already. And that, ladies and gentlemen is why I didn't bother to study.

I have to finish my paper on Behaviorism, and turn it in along with my paper on Qualia. I finished writing my stylistic analysis and my second description and got an A on both :3

I should also revive some of my C's and B's homework assignments as practice for the final in Logic. But I don't have any finals to take until Wednesday. And when I finish that final I'll go sell my books to the nice men who live in the van or to Copy Cats.

My first final is tomorrow. I am opting to take it with the seniors to get it over with--yay philosophy of mind.

So, stress week for those of you who don't know: the week before finals week when professors are stressed to get in seniors' grades and students are stressed to get in all of the papers that are due, and all other projects and the studying for finals!

I am going to be fine because I wrote most of the papers before midterms even began! :D

I will gladly get a massage the school offers to us, however.

Imagine if you will the perfect relationship from the outside. The couple is affectionate, loving, playful, good-humored, and still able to have a normal social life. But one of the two can see the end of the relationship coming, just like every other relationship they've had. The other just leaves with no regard for them. And the vicious cycle begins again.

While it is common knowledge that you can be badged on Elftown for contest entries, for a certain job, for pointing out bugs etc. I can't help but wonder what would happen if we were badged for everything we do in life. Picture for a moment people having badges much like in scouts, except the badges represent things like "saved someone's life," "gave up their seat for a pregnant woman," "loves unconditionally," "holds the door open for others," "goes out of their way to help those in need" and still there are other badges...the other side of life- "loves themself more than others," "killed somebody," "will sleep with anything that moves," "tortures animals," "steals from those who trust them"...would having a reason to face who we are and what we do actually change how people act in this life? Or is hoping that we are judged when we die the best we can do?
