The proposal seems to be changed as the politicians start to realize that criminalizing what 70% of the population is doing, is a bad start for any election campaign. This particular proposal was about handing out IPs to the people who are sharing to the copy monopoly holders.

I've been working on a new review function for a while now. It's still not working correctly yet though, so it will take a few more days until Elftown gets updated.
The idea is that you fill out one form, and then you'll get a wiki-page created, a diary-note written, an image uploaded and included and the ones compiling the reviews get a wiki-comment in that review-section
I hope people will start to use that instead of writing diary entries about things they review, because wiki-pages are so much easier to find in a search.
