[Kiddalee]'s Tuna Casserole With Shortcuts

Back to Cooking
This recipe is proportioned out for a large round cake pan and serves 3.

1 serving noodles (spiral, egg, shells, anything not long)
This is usually 1 to 1.5 cups dry noodles
1 can of flaky tuna (or any other canned meat). It's your choice whether to drain.
1 can of condensed mushroom soup
Frozen veggies. I recommend small pieces; try plain mixed vegetables if you find California mix awkward to stir.
Cheddar cheese

Get Cookin'

Start boiling your noodles. You only need to get them to el dante, as they will be cooked again.
Toss your soup and tuna into the cake pan and stir (if your tuna is solid, break it up first)
When your noodles are done, drain and add to the cake pan. Stir.
Now pour in some veggies until the cake pan is full and stir.
Grate cheese over the surface.

Bake at 350F until done. If the cheese melting isn't a sign, bubbly edges will be.
