The Lung (Dragon Clan) are a wise, intellectual, assertive, and faithful people, whose clerics, or Shugenjas, lead the Royal Patriarch of the Lung along with them in any decision they make. A Counsel of Samurai advises the Royal Patriarch, but their decisions almost always lean with the Shugenjas' decisions and desires.
