Hello and welcome all! It seems it's been a while since Elftown has seen an Inuyasha contest! And since aquiring 'The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass' DVD, and watching 'Sword of World Conquest' my fanatic behavior has been renewed. So, here it is, a new contest! Now, on to the rules!

Rules:

1. Entries must be of an existing character from Takahashi Rumiko's 'Inuyasha' manga, and anime series.
2. Entries ABSOLUTLY MUST be your OWN WORK. This means no using any artwork that iisn't yours, and yours alone. Any stolen entries will be disquailified.
3. No copies of pre-existing work. This means entries that are created by looking at an Inuyasha image, screenshot...etc...is not permitted, and will be disquailified. So, please be original.
4. Image may be in any style, anime, realism, western comic...etc, although, photomanipulations are not allowed.
5. Nudity is allowed as long as it is tasteful, no porn, obviously.
6. You are allowed two entries per each participant.
7. Work must be of decent quaility, no lined paper, blurred, or hard to see images.
8. Entries must each be given their own number, so instead of 1a. then b. then the next participants 2a, it should be simply 1. , 2. , and 3. , no letters.

Judging:

I have yet to decide whether I will judge, select a panel of judges, or create a poll. In the event of a poll no asking for votes, or linking to the poll. I want this to be as fair as possible, even though many do not realize it, even linking to the poll can be as bad as asking for votes, people see the link on your page, follow it, and see the name of whom they got the link from, and vote for it.

Deadline:

The deadline is 30 participants...I say participants, because each is allowed two entries, so, 60 entries(If each enters two, but that isn't nessecary). (Deadline not final.)

Prizes:

Prizes will be as follows:

1st: Colored image of a character of their choice by me.(Doesn't have to be an Inuyasha character.)

2nd: A character from Inuyasha image by me. (May or may not be colored)

3rd: Inuyasha chibi image of their choice, by me.

2005-09-19 [mondo86em]: I'm 31 yrs old and a yr ago my stick figures were all bent out of shape but I always wanted to learn how to draw and with alot of support from my wife I'm now much better, not great, but better. So dont give up there are alot of great sites out there and people here on elftown and elfwood that can help.

2005-09-19 [Aoshi Shinomori]: Mondo86em is right! praictes makes prefect. I wasnt that good that all either but got a little better now after my mom and a friend helpped me out with art.
