About The Featured Wiki:

What is this?

This is along the lines of the daily art and daily poem. If you find a particularly interesting wiki-page that you think should be a featured wiki, and have a spotlight on Main Street for a week, nominate it, and help spread the wiki love. There are so many wiki pages here in Elftown that are interesting, funny, serious, artistic, or otherwise awesome. And most of these pages are not well-known within the Elftown community. The Featured Wiki gives people a chance to let us (and the rest of Elftown) know of some nifty pages out there.

If your nomination follows all the rules, and we think it is pretty awesome as well, then you might see it featured on Main Street! One wiki page will be chosen per week, and will remain in the featured wiki spot on Main Street for the week. The page will also be rated, (See: About Wiki-Ratings). So other than a whole week of advertising on Main Street, you get some permanent benefit from having your wonderful page rated.

How do I nominate a wiki?

Just go to Wiki nominations and add your nomination to the list, but make sure you've read the rules about nominations, first!
