This image is a wonderful example of coloured pencil, the blending makes the image look ethereal and the pastel colours give it a serene feel to it. In the words of the nominator: "It's like the changing of the seasons , and it looks to me as though you as the viewer are looking at it through a little window (or in my mind, a hole in a tree - the gateway to another world)."
