1 big spoonful of butter
1 cup of mushrooms (fresh or canned) or 1 small onion sliced& diced
1/2 cup wine (I use red for stronger taste)
250 ml of cream Parmesan cheese or other hard cheese of your liking
Pepper (preferably freshly ground)
Heat the butter in a wide pan, drain the mushrooms/onion and Sauté until they "drink" their fluids.
Pour the wine in the pan and wait6 for some minutes so as the alcohol has evaporated. Add the cream, 1-2 spoonfulls of the cheese, salt& pepper to your liking and let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
