Welcome to Chang Wang Fans!!

This wiki was created to give my fellow elftowners a place to express themselves, talk, and just relax. The title is in honor of a good friend of mine, but will remain unknown to all but myself [Vilarus] owner of this page and [Siamese Strawberries] the creator of this page. But this does not mean that you can't be a Chang Wang Fan!!! Follow these simple guidelines and The Chang will bring you happiness and good fortune (and if not happiness and good fortune, hopefully mild amusement).

1. Please don't ask me who/what is Chang Wang I already said that that information is privelaged!!

2. I don't care about swearing, but please don't cause any conflicts in my wiki! This is a place to honor Chang Wang and I don't need anyone disturbing the peace.
