2008-07-23 [Master Darius]: alex, all your efforts are focused on having the ETA done the way you like it, you havent had any advertising ideas at all.
do you see that house on the et front page? the contest it's linked to? note the name on the bottom of the page, i ran that contest, and had it on the elftown front page. i've advertised on the daily poem to get more teachers for the lit department as well. maybe if you came up with some solid, well thought out ideas to better draw people ot the ETA, maybe i wouldnt be so critical.
2008-07-23 [Imperator]: The way I want it? What about my banner idea? That's entirely neutral to whatever I might want and it's straight foward and simple but it's being ignored. If you think it's a bad idea, how about telling me that it is and why.
2008-07-23 [Master Darius]: i have, and so has firenze, many times i believe. we're a semi official elftown institution, as i've told you before, so we use their banners, as i've told you before.
2008-07-23 [True, plain and simple]: (As a FYI): Eh, I actually just made the banners because when I took away the official status I didn't want to leave the space blank...so you can do whatever you feel like. Likewise, you can also make banners for advertising the Academy (I wasn't even really sure which of those two "banners" [Imperator] wanted a contest for, but I admit that I didn't look either, since this isn't my "deal" :P) regardless.
2008-07-23 [Imperator]: You haven't told me before and niether has [Firenze]. Until you come up with a better way to advertise the Academy, why don't we use my idea?
2008-07-24 [Master Darius]: fine alex, go ahead, run the contest. get permission to use the reward badges, have a council member look it over ot make sure its ok, and i'm fine with it. those have always been my two qualms about the contest, and i've said that a few times.

2008-07-24 [Firenze]: Go with what Darius said, just make sure one of the council members have checked it out and OKed for the badges to be used as an award and generally OKed it. Also will check up on things later on, just haven't been online a few days as net has been playing up, don't know why though 0.o
2008-08-26 [Thunder God Cid]: Well, seeing that I was gone for a bit (this I am sorry for) it looks like you took my department from me without written notice, I'm don't know the new policies that have been legislated in my absence, but I am fairly sure that this is a call for a grievance. However I do appreciate someone, if anyone, filling in for me while I was MIA, the fact that I was stripped of my badge but I'm still noted as the head of the chemistry department, is a little confusing to me. I do hope this message will begin the negotiations for reinstatement and(though unlikely) for a 3rd time be place back in office as a member of the BoG. I am home now after taking much needed time off (England is amazing by the way Frienze sorry I didn't find you for a chat) and once again I am fired up to improve this beloved academy. Thank you for your time and please respond at you earliest convince.

2008-08-26 [sequeena_rae]: You weren't "stripped" the elftown tutors badge isn't official anymore so it's been taken from your badgeslot. There is however another badge which you can put in your house.
