Aaah! Zombies!! review
The government has mucked about and created a drug to give their soldiers superhuman abilities. However, the drug turns the soldiers into zombies, so the government decides to dump the drug where it won't be found. Unfortunately, the truck transporting the drug crashes and eventually some of the drug ends up in the soft-serve ice cream machine in a bowling alley.
A couple young workers at the bowling alley and two of their friends eat the ice cream and become zombies. Except they don't realize they are zombies. Things seem normal to them until they meet living people who move and speak incredibly quickly. They meet a soldier who claims that everyone else is infected, so our zombie heroes try to save the day.
This is one hilarious movie. Most was from the zombies' point of view, and they viewed each other as normal. Other portions showed the point of view of the living, in which our zombie heroes appeared as shambling, moaning undead. I especially enjoyed the way that scenes from the zombie point-of-view were in color and scenes from the living point of view were in black and white (except for the bright green of the zombie drug and the things it contaminated).
This is a zombie flick destined to become a cult classic.
