Comment:
Carmen is the youngest of the Collie sisters and has an evil streak ten miles long. She's as badass as she looks. Her only weakness is her sister, Sandy, when she picks on her about being her baby sister and being short and stubby. Other than that she's a very capable captain and by her lead her crew has become VERY rich. She also has a very unique weapon, which is a mix of a samurai sword, cutlass, and scimitar. Unsheathed, the sword makes her look all the more menacing.
